Our Staff
All of the staff at First Step Preschool meet all required EEC state regulations. They also take yearly courses and classes to keep current, learn new policies and techniques and to expand their knowledge in the educating of children and the communication with parents.

Jocelyn Koch
Traci Coletti has been owner/Director at First Step Preschool since 1997. She received her Bachelor's Degree in 1988 from Bridgewater State College.
Lisa Hokanson has been owner/Director At First Step Preschool since 1997. She received her training from Massasoit Community College.
Jocelyn is a college student working on her degree in education. She is a graduate of South Shore Vocational High School and is eager to learn and work toward her bachelor degree goals.
